In case of loss or theft, please immediately request a temporary suspension through our official LINE account. If found, you can request to reactivate the SIM.
Additionally, we recommend reporting the loss to the police station immediately.
If you need to reissue the SIM, it will take approximately 5 business days, and a reissue fee of 3000 yen (excluding tax) will apply.
