■If you are using multiple SIM cards or eSIMs at the same time, please ensure that the APN you set is for the SIM card or eSIM you intend to use. Many people accidentally set the APN for a different SIM card or eSIM.

■After setting the APN, please restart your device and try again.

■Please carefully check if the information you entered is correct.
