You can cancel the refund if the 【eSIM Activation URL】 has not been sent yet or if the physical SIM card has not been mailed.
To cancel, please contact our company via the official LINE account (@913athnc), input “Request for refund cancellation,” and provide your ①order number ②name of the purchaser ③purchaser’s email address. Our company will process the cancellation as soon as possible.

📢If the cancellation is requested due to the customer’s reason, a 5% handling fee will be deducted by the credit card company. If the cancellation is due to our company’s reason, a full refund will be provided.
