【eSIM】
・Activation codes requested during maintenance will be issued sequentially after the maintenance is completed.
・Activation codes that have already been issued can be installed and used even during the maintenance period.
If you have already pressed the issue button, it will stay on “waiting,” but don’t worry, you can leave, and the system will process the issuance in order. You can check the issuance result by clicking the link afterward.
【SIM Card】
・Physical SIM cards with activation requests during maintenance will be activated sequentially after the maintenance is completed.
・There will be no impact on SIM cards that are already in use.
【Voice SIM Card】
The Voice SIM card you receive is already activated, so it will not be affected by the system maintenance.
